That can not be real … can it?
You know, there’s a Japanese show that was redone for American television that has American actors’ voices dubbed in for the Japanese hosts’ voices. MXC is the title of it, and my son and I like to watch it from time to time for giggles.
This laundry monster reminds me of the monster that chases people down and faux pummels them in some of the competitions. Same principle, so in general it really isn’t that unique a concept- the laundromat is the only difference.
Thanks for the laugh. One of the jobs I was offered fell through because I didn’t like the contract. (One of those “We own the rights as soon as you email it to us” – when I asked for a line about owning the rights as soon as payment is received, the person balked.) So while I think I made a good move, I’m bummed that I’m out that potential writing job. I needed the laugh!
