Yeah, that’s what my dad said; that it’s too dry. I’d have to tell him he doesn’t know how to cook turkey, that’s why. Hehe.

I like turkey a lot. If it’s not cooked properly it just too dry, but my husband makes such a moist flavorful turkey – he’s famous for it. I think it depends on the cook, really. It’s very low in fat and high in protein too. It’s relatively inexpensive so you can eat well for little money.

Happy thanksgiving to everyone in the US!!!

PS: I’ve never had turkey before. My dad, a chef, says chicken tastes so much better. Still, I’d love to have a taste once in my life…
