Tea Blogger Wanted

I sell tea at Tippyleaf.com and I need someone to write the blog. Someone with an informal, personal style that makes the blog fun to read and communicates a real love for tea (so you need to love tea – otherwise it shows). The job pays US$400 per month, for which I would like 8 posts each month, each of 250-500 words (the word count is not paramount). Topics would include tea types, tea areas of the world, tea in culture, tea paraphernalia such as biscuits etc. I can give you ideas, and you will also come up with your own. We already have a blog but it is too dry – I don’t enjoy reading it, so why would anyone else. You need to be comfortable using Wordpress. Email tippy@tippyleaf.com .

This would be awesome to do! I’d love to do this :O

    Get in line, Heather. ;-)

  3. Glad to see that I’m at least 3rd in line.

Oh, by the way, stay away from Academia-research.com. I’ve read some not so nice things about them regarding how they market the product you create. Apparently they sell dissertations, theses, and other academic papers. I personally can’t lend my writing skills to such a service.

    Be careful!

I’d be up for doing this, but the government doesn’t particularly like wordpress around here.

I’d love this, I already blog tea!

  6. Do you smell this….?

…it’s me brewing a fresh cup of herbal tea

  7. Erik Hare says:

    Herbal? HERBAL!!

I’m having my Prince of Wales, which is a deep red tea from Anhui Province. It’s my mid-morning cuppa, after I’ve had the Ceylon Breakfast (a blend of Orange Pekoe darjeeling, and other pekoe varieties)

Sad that I decided I don’t have time for this gig, but it would be quite a lot of fun. Best of luck to you all, I’m off to the Asian shops on University Avenue to buy some more Pu-Ehr and generic Oolong!

    @ W Anthony Malcolm
I’m with you, there. I had to write every single one of my own papers in college and grad school. I imagine there are some places that use examples for people or templates for some reason. But I can’t ethically do someone homework for them, not even my kids’ stuff.

  9. Micah says:

I’m a tea lover too! I hope I’m not to late with my query.
