I apply them to myself all of the time, to avoid headaches, migraines and nervous breakdowns: getting out of the house for a walk with a notepad & pen in my hands, taking my netbook to the park and write surrounded by grass and tweeting birds, or just write on plain paper to rest my eyes and head from the PC screen. I once calculated that I was spending an hour and a half per day on it!! Now I try to answer it just twice a day, at the beginning and at the end of the day. I'll still check in a few times per day, but I try to limit my responding to just twice a day. It's so hard...but it has really helped me save some time. No prob Andrea. :)
