I am a Kenyan currently my coleagues and I are working with a young organization that it helping the Widows and Orphans its called "Widows and Orphans Alive Foundation(WOAF). WOAF is a Christian organization working and supporting widows and orphans in the slums and rural areas of Eldoret (Uasin Gishu county). WOAF generally offers Food, Clothing, Shelter, Medication and Micro-business management training for Widows, we also offer school supplies, medication, clothings to the orphans. the organization operates by the theme from the book of James 1:27... "Looking after Widows and Orphans in their Distress. with the slogan... "we care and share with widows. I feel a slight element of loyalty to them as they got me on the writing ladder so to speak, and even though I am beginning to earn good money with regular clients and solid writing gigs, I do still give my article to the magazine for free. I guess I'd feel a little guilty if I had to ask for money at this stage and as they are a small concern I don't mind enhancing their publication with my articles now and again.
