thanks for the list…although most weren’t for me as I am from India and these are for US people..
Good Morning! I’m fairly new here but very appreciative of all the great jobs I see here everyday..Thank you so much!
Good morning everyone.
Jodee, even on the “slow” mornings, you still do such a great job.
Nice list — I applied to about four posts. Thanks.
I just finished writing for Lance Armstrong’s website, Live Strong, which I found the work through here indirectly. So, thank you.
Good morning. Nice list–even one potential market makes your job worthwhile to me–and I found three today, so for a slow day you’re doing amazingly!
how can a college student/writer like me get over that hump of being “inexperienced.” I’ve been a reporter for 3 years but am not an expert on any one thing b/c I’ve written about so many different things.
How can I be taken seriously with a certain industry without a heavy list of one topic articles.
@ Salman: Now that I know where you are, I can look for leads for Indian writers.
@ Kathryn, Rachel, Kanna, and Robert: You are all very kind.
@ Ace: You could start a blog about a topic you are interested in. That way, you have articles on a certain niche to show to prospective clients.
Just wanted to drop a line – I got something about a month ago and it’s going good. http://www.capitalistbanter.com. It was the website that wants us to write “spoofs” about the businss/technical/finance/etc. world in the nature of satirewire.com and The Onion. It’s going good so far !! Thank you. Matt
Great list! And I gotta say, I love the new site lay-out!
@ Matt: I remember that one! I’m so glad to hear that you got the gig and that things are going well for you.
@ Jaq: Thanks! And I love the new layout, too!
