Freelance Travel Writers Needed

Tatiana’s Travel Corner (www.tatianastravelcorner.com) is looking for freelance travel writers that fall under two different categories. – The first is general travel articles based on the chosen topics for each month. We pay $150.00 dollars the article, plus $50.00 each photograph for up to four photographs. We buy between three to six articles a month. -

The second is reviews of travel books. We buy three book reviews a month. We pay $100.00 per book review. Please send a cover letter, resume, writing sample and project proposal to info@tatianastravelcorner.com. We will contact you to let you know if we have accepted your proposal. We pay for the article the moment it is delivered and accepted by us for publication.
Tatiana’s Travel Corner is a brand new online magazine with a focus on the international. It officially inaugurated for presales on August 1st, 2008. The mission of the website is to create an international online portal that will bring the world closer through the personal experiences of those participating in the magazine. Each article must be personal. We would like articles that read more like a memoir of a memorable travel experience than a general information piece. We focus strongly on intercultural education and understanding, therefore the article must justly and fairly representing different cultures. We would love to receive writing materials and proposals from people around the globe. We value international voices and hope to have a team of freelance writers as the magazine grows that will really express our commitment to an international voice.
