What happened to the entry showing the poll results?

  2. Dani says:

Subscribers were sent a notice that it had been removed due to some problems.

If you want to subscribe free to the updates and notices, just click on the link in the upper right hand corner of the page. They don’t give away your info or spam you. :-)

I’ll be happy to explain this via email.

Wow. Top 5 is pretty exciting! Great job, #12, and I’m sorry to see you go. Good luck this coming week, everyone!

  5. Amy Derby says:

Deb — Is there a separate email list than the regular ‘subscribe to posts’ thingy? I’m too dyslexic for RSS, but the OCD in me never wants to miss anything. It’s quite a conundrum. :-D

  6. Dani says:

Oh where, oh where have the FWJ Idol contestants gone?
Oh where, oh where can they be?
With their witty words and helpful advice
Oh where, oh where can they be?

    *sniff* *cry*

    ~ I miss y’all ~

Don’t be shy – we love you!

  7. #6 says:

@Dani and others who’ve been wondering about where we candidates are —

I can’t speak for the others, but I’ve found my Friday posts to be well received the past three weeks, so was planning on sticking with that schedule. I have left a couple of comments on other posts throughout the week, but have enjoyed monitoring the traffic and responses to learn more about my potential audience.

Hopefully today will bring a post or two from some candidates (it’s hard to believe we’re down to only five already!)

Thanks for your continued enthusiasm and support.

    Best —

    #6

  8. Deb says:

    Hi #6 -

Of course all candidates have until Friday noon to get their contributions in – after that they’re disqualified if they miss a deadline.

However, one of the reasons I give the whole week is because I like to see if the candidates can stimulate discussion withing the community and how they treat members of the community in their comments. This doesn’t happen with last minute posting.

Food for thought when moving forward. Interaction with the community is a major, major consideration.
