Greetings from Las Vegas. I’m in town for the BlogWorld and New Media Expo taking place this weekend. If you’re in attendance, I do hope you’ll look for me and say hi.
I will be in my hotel room working for part of today but I also hope to stop in the the Las Vegas Convention Center and say hi to my friends from b5Media who are having a day full of sessions, plus I’ll be helping to set up the BlogTalkRadio booth where we’ll be broadcasting throughout the event.
On Saturday I’ll be working the booth, attending a couple of sessions and even speaking at a session of my own. David Peralty, Tris Hussey and I will be the panel for the session entitled, “How to Be More Than a Blog: New Media Intergration.” I’m nervous as this is my first time speaking at one of these things, but looking forward to it jus tthe same.
If you’re at the conference look me up. Last year I met so many great people, I don’t expect this year to be any different.

Deb, when you get back it would be great if you could post about the benefits for writers of attending conferences like BlogWorld? I was on the fence this year and decided against it, but plan to go next year. Writer/Bloggers might be interested in your take of what we can get out of making the trip.
