Editor Wanted

I am seeking an editor for two short essays. The first essay, double spaced, Times Roman 12, including Author’s note, is 21 pages. In book form it will be printed as Arial 10, and is 16 pages. This Intorduction traces the history of the Word through African-centered lenses. It begins with, “Words do have power, and our ability as Afrikan people to decode and critically analyze them through our own eyes leads to the development of a healthy Afrikan Worldview.”

The second essay is the last essay of the book and introduces a chapter on miscellanous words that relate to the study of African-centeredness. It’s title is Word Up (Nommo) and goes into detail the etymology of the saying Word UP or Word, as it relates to spirituality and culture. It is 7 pages.

I am located in Marland, right outside of D.C. and would prefer to work with someone locally, but am open to telecommuters as well. Please send e-mail to Jesse Sharpe at sharpesolutions1@verizon.net

    Jodee-

Good afternoon! Is this assignment still available? If so, I’m very interested. I’m a writer and editor- I feel confident that I can edit both essays, what is the time frame you are working with? FYI I’m not local, I live in North Carolina!

@ Samantha: This client hasn’t asked me to take the job down, so I’m assuming it’s still available. Please contact Jesse Sharpe at sharpesolutions1@verizon.net to discuss.
