Progressive Politics, Indie Media Writers, Photogs Needed

We are an online publication dedicated to progressive politics,
independent media and ethical consumerism. Our blog- launched in January
2008- is already welcoming over 70,000 visitors a month. But in January
2009 we are expanding to include a bimonthly themed magazine.

The first theme is poverty. Pay is unfortunately low at this time, set
between $20-$40 per piece. We will accept feature length (2,000-4,000)
nonfiction, shorter nonfiction, interviews, reviews, photography and flash
fiction. Writers will receive a byline and a short profile on our site.
They will also retain ownership of their piece.
