   A heads up on the Proofreader Needed from Chicago. I sent an email to the address and INSTANTLY received a reply, which gave me a link to one of those ridiculous work at home sites. At the bottom with three asterisks, it said that this was not a job posting, and they were not hiring employees. BEWARE!

   “Writers needed – $15 per article” is from someone trying to get people to sign up for Oboulo with his affiliate link. It looks like a term paper mill to me. (A paper database for “research purposes”…right.)

   Send a quick email to the ad if you’re interested in checking it out for yourself, but certainly don’t bother putting together any sort of pitch or sending sample links.

   I think the “freelance article writers wanted” is Quentin Cougher. Amazingly, he is not mentioning in the ad that you have to pay him.

   I just got the same response on the “Freelance Article Writers Wanted.” It’s Quentin Cougher yet again. If you go to sign up to be one of his writers, you get a page saying you must pay a yearly $6.99 fee.
