My RSS list of blogging and writing blogs I read on a normal basis has gotten very small. Once I sort out my work time tasks like writing, email, and so on, reading other folks blogs usually gets the short end of the stick. I just don’t have the time. That said, I still scan my RSS blogging / writing feeds each day and every once in a while I’ll catch some really great titles that draw me in, stuff I’ll take the time for even when I don’t technically have the time.
Today I have four of these time-worthy links for you…
How Much of Yourself Do You Reveal When Blogging? Via the Blog Herald – I’m always thinking about this question. My answer is “A lot” but I’m always interested to see what others have to say because people vary so much when it comes to revealing personality on blogs. The comments here are good.
Are You a Fancy Nancy Writer? Via Copyblogger – my FAVORITE blog post of the whole damn year so far. Why? I’m working for a Fancy Nancy who must be stopped. Seriously, before I do something violent. If you’ve ever dealt with a Fancy Nancy, or suspect you’re guilty of being one yourself, this is a must read.
10 Ways To Reduce Your Blogging Carbon Footprint via Performancing – since 85% of my income comes from green writing, you’d think I’d have written something like this before. Alas, no. Green geared at bloggers; excellent idea.
The Essential Guide to Growing Your Blog on Minimal Time via Problogger – I’ve never believed that you can grow a blog in short order. Blogs take time, so I was leery of even clicking this link. However, this is very sound advice that may actually help you to grow a blog faster than you think you could.
Do you have a favorite blog post this week?

I don’t have a favourite post yet this week. Pretty low on the bookmarking at http://gotnoblog.com/rubric.cgi/entries/user/mjray because I’m so busy. Usually on a week like this, I’d pick a “funny” as my favourite, so http://arstechnica.com/journals/science.ars/2009/01/13/pizza-crust-preparation-and-antioxidant-properties is leading the way.
Thanks for those links! Interesting…
