		<description>I would have to say, after reviewing this post, I appreciate that you are giving people legitimate places to look for home employment.  Being a freelance writer, I would like to mention also that I have seen some good temporary writing jobs at sologig.com as well.  

Monster is not a good place to find a work at home job, in my opinion.  You would need a college degree at the very least to even be looked at on that site.  I say this from experience, the companies that pay the big bucks to release a job position in that site, require a lot from the employee they get in return.  They put on filters, and the very first one is college, because it is easiest to filter out.  

I just wanted people to know this because I don&#039;t want them to feel down if they don&#039;t get anything from some of the larger sites.  It is not their skill or ability holding them back.  It is the filter that the larger companies use that make it so most of us won&#039;t even get seen by the potential employer.</description>
