The expression should be : “…oh, and…..” The “oh” is the afterthought initiator, not “and.” To begin with “and” and then say “oh” makes less sense.
Obviously I have little to do but pick nits; unfortunately when the writing business is slow picking nits picks up! Oh, and, I am sure my writing is nit-filled, so take no offence.

Is FWJ not posting job leads anymore? The reorganization is still making it really, really tough to find anything. Half-titles on the front page instead of promoting articles with their full titles is also really counterintuitive.
