Drinking Coffee

Today is the last day of school. Is anyone else looking forward to the summer days as much as me? I have so many plans, not just for my business but for my family and myself. It’s going to be a great season!

Leads…

Good luck!

thanks for the leads, Deb – hope you enjoy your summer!

  2. Paul says:

Wow Deb. The kids here in Iowa have been out of school since the end of May.

  3. Jack B. says:

Good leads! I like the TownMe one – especially if the site ends up being something decent. I hope its not like examiner.com… Someone really needs to step up and make a quality resource for localized content, especially for mid-size cities with lots to do – as long as you know where to look.

  4. Kenna says:

    Thanks Deb.

  5. Plans? Yep.

July and August are me going from part-time to full-time freelancing. The goal?

Ship the last 5 boxes from my sister’s house. Prices are finally low enough that it’s not going to cost 3k, just 1k.

Pay off the last credit card. Only 2k of debt left, and then we are 100% free and clear :) No mortgage, no car payments, no credit cards, no debt in any way, shape, or form.

Get my wife’s Etsy shop up by the end of July.

Finish my cook-book and hopefully have it to the publisher by September.

Head back to Rome in September for a week-long vacation.

That’s really it for now. Spending the next couple of months doing full-time work rather than part-time to make a good 6-8k and take care of the last remnants of what we need and take a nice vacation :)
