		<description>Look forward to your thoughts. LLCs weren&#039;t available in Illinois when I incorporated. But if you can handle extra paperwork (I&#039;m good at it), I believe corporate status provides a better business sense. And, as a corporate officer, you can fire yourself! :)</description>
