Hat’s off. Well done, as we know that “hard work always pays off”, after a long struggle with sincere effort it’s done.

Hi Deb, I really liked this. I write articles and people sometimes refer to them as a blog. I don't write in 1st person; I write in 2nd and 3rd person and I cite my sources. I would love to add a backlink to this post in my Xomba Bookmark. Is it okay with you if I use your title, write a blurb about your post (without giving too much away) and direct them here to read the full article?

Great article! I have found that posts and articles do not differ that much anymore. Namely web based articles are close to normal posts because of the ease of comments. Even the tone in articles is less formal now than before. In my opinion it is not needed any more to categorize articles and posts. Maybe we should just talk about writings or something similar.

I sometimes think it's easier to get readers to respond to blog posts, because it is so personal. Sometimes I feel people feel more comfortable in sharing their own thoughts through blogging. Whereas articles, some may feel a little intimidated (maybe)

I write articles. And of course I'm not to write in second person. Also, as I do write from a place of expertise, (Dolls) I aim to make the article engaging as I can. I love writing the articles on dolls and I have fun with it, offering people room to share their thoughts. I'm trying to convey that their thoughts and opinions are just as important as the factual information that is written in the article. But the articles seem to push me to be thorough, well versed, and an expert source of the subject matters of which I'm writing about. So there is a great level of seriousness needed at all times --- I think. That’s not to say bloggers are not serious. There is just some flexibility there. I'm a new freelance writer,so I think I'm still discovering methods of communicating in different ways.
