Outright.com, the free, simple bookkeeping application for small business owners and freelancers, is searching for a freelance blogger to write about the business side of owning a law firm or other legal business.
The blogger should have previously owned or operated a law firm or other type of legal service and should be able to blog knowledgeably about the business aspects (i.e. bookkeeping and taxes, licensing, working with clients, marketing, etc.) of this type of enterprise from the point of view of a company principal.
If selected, the blogger will be responsible for coming up topics and writing approximately two posts per week on the business side of law/law firms/legal businesses. Pay is by the word and is based on experience. The blogger can work from anywhere.
Candidate should be:
A skilled writer
Familiar with WordPress
Experienced running a law firm or other legal business in the United States (Though candidate does not have to currently live in the U.S., much of Outright.com’s content is specific to the U.S.)
Ideally, candidates would also be familiar with writing for the blog format and SEO
