  1. Jodee – thanks so much for these great posts. I set this page as my homepage, now every morning when I get up to start work I feel encouraged when I see all the job leads and links to interesting blog posts. :-)

  2. Thanks for the list. I am going to try to make it every morning this week just to keep a look out for any work that sparks my interest.

  3. The Non-profit blogger position sounds good.. too bad I can’t travel there.
.-= Jenn´s last blog ..Help Out Unwanted & Homeless Pets =-.

  4. Would it be possible to have the links change color if they’ve been clicked on? Sometimes I forget which ones I’ve looked at, and it gets rather confusing since the titles are often similar!
    Thanks

  5. Hey there everyone,

Is the copy writing/editing gig June 8th above for $30 hour a scam? He has asked for a short form to be filled out including birthdate and sex and then a short review of Speeddate.com. I know we don’t have to give anyone any info we don’t want to. I wanted to know if anyone has had a wierd response or believe’s it is a scam.

    thanks!

  6. p.s He wrote me and said they are Counterplay Media and they have business filings under Nevada Secretary of State. I checked the name out in every which way and nothing. Hmmm…I am thinkinging a scam. I hope someone else can relate to this posting:

    thanks, TJ

  7. Tash,

I think it’s some type of scam. I got the same initial response you did. It seemed odd to me. I tried to do a search of the phone numbers he gave in his response, and nothing showed up as a business listing. Plus, I thought it was odd he didn’t mention the name of his company.

I went to the SF Craigslist listings and noticed he had run two other similar ads a few days ago that seemed even more odd (like paying $33.33 an hour).

I don’t know what he’s up to, but I don’t want to find out. So, I’m not responding to his request.
