It’s only Wednesday and too early for you to experience that writer’s block. Don’t despair. You’re not alone. It can happen to anyone. When it happens to me I try to write in different places, different times, and different writing instruments. Yup, I even write using the notepad of my mobile phone. If nothing comes, I walk away and rest. How about you, how do you block off that writer’s block?

Short list, but that’s okay. Thanks.
Writer’s block? Take a Walk. I usually research more and find what I don’t understand about the subject, and then discover more, so I understand more about the subject.
Writing in different places helps my writers block too. Thanks for the list!

Today’s job listings include one which is non-paying
(the paranormal blogging ad from CL). Please do not include any non-paying jobs in these lists! It is very frustrating to see so many of these out there at all–why are writers expected to work for free? People rarely advertise for free legal or medical work. I visit this site because you usually have good leads, so this was disappointing.
I’ll keep this in mind J.A. I included it because of the subject (paranormal) and they were specific that despite being a non-paying gig, they were upfront in saying of the “potential to earn money” when it takes off. Sorry for disappointing you. I’ll do better curating next time.
This is a free service so I appreciate whatever you do to help us find writing gigs. We can weed through them and pass on what doesn’t look right for us. Thanks for all of your help.
Nice comment, Jenna. I agree — can’t beat the service for the price, hmm? A little graciousness goes a long way in life.
The post and the list are very good. Thanks for the list, however I think this post is good and also it has bad things and habits.
