    RE: SELLING RIGHTS TO YOUR WORK SO SOMEONE ELSE GETS BYLINE.

    I’d like to throw out a question to the group… How much “extra” money do you believe you should be compensated to sell your articles and have them published under others’ names. I do not mInd selling them and having them published with NO BYLINE, but the thought of my exact articles being published under someone else’s name bothers me. Of course, for the right price, I’d do it — knowing that I’m not building my portfolio, simply making money NOW.

    Impetus for this question is #7 under “Content Writing” — the stock market writing gig. These types of articles (well, very good quality ones) are not easily written by just anyone with good writing skills, and writers are often well-compensated.
