Good quote from T.S. Eliot! To me, a failed writer–and that would apply also to me–is a writer who is not true to his or her feelings about life–and that woud include people, events and emotions.

Thanks for the list. There is no such thing as a failed writer. Though, I have worked with some editors and wondered: What makes a great editor?
Gone are the days that knowledge about the language is sufficient enough to get a job. Nowadays,most of the companies want to have a person with an immense practical knowledge with style and tool of trade as well as have innovative technical writing.
