  1. Happy to hear that you’re feeling better, Noemi! Migraines can be a bear, for sure. When you can, I know you’re busy, but take some time during the day to relax and rest. Placing a cool towel on your forehead, also helps.
    Know what you mean about days being “off-centered.” Have a few of those, too. When that happens to me, I often take brisk walks or punch a pillow a few times.
