What do other freelancers do at tax time?

This is one of the areas where I am most concerned. There was a post in your 45 free things about an online money management site that helps with taxes, but I feel like that won't take everything. Do you do it yourself? Do you hire an accountant?

I do it myself.. But I have an LLC that I run my Freelance Writing through.....
