I never did tell you, Deb, but you’re a really good web worker, I think.
Thank you!
April 28th, 2008 at 1:34 amAfter reading the 1943 Guide to Hiring Women that Deb linked here, I must admit that I was looking for the sexist twist to James’s post. Then I realized he’s going for the external hard drive!
April 28th, 2008 at 2:16 am@Hazel - James is actually responding to a comment left on his blog where i asked if I was a good web worker. (And the comments contest is for May. Give James a run for his money, people.)
@James - Oh thank you. I’ve arrived. Maybe I’ll go back to a short feed.
April 28th, 2008 at 2:22 am@ Deb - Shhhh… let them forget.
April 28th, 2008 at 2:36 amThe “don’t ridicule a woman” part is still true. I don’t know about the whole “physical exam” thing, though.
How exactly did they impress the importance of time and losing a minute here or there, AND give adequate rest periods? They must have had to hire specific “women monitors” to keep track of all this whatnot!
April 28th, 2008 at 6:12 pmThanks for the link to Business and Blogging. I’m glad you liked the post.
Nice roundup of great posts from around the blogosphere!
