I don’t pimp the day job here too much because I don’t always want to spam the community, but I thought this was relevant. Craig Newmark, the Craig behind Craigslist, will be on BlogTalkRadio this afternoon at 4:00 EST. Craig will talk about Craigslist, how the Internet is evolving and more. As of this writing I don’t know if the host is talking calls for Craig, but if you attend the live broadcast, maybe you can ask question in chat. No FWJ Radio Today – But It’s For a Good Cause!

I had a great FWJ Radio segment lined up for you today. David Peralty and Chris Garrett were going to stop by to discuss whether we should blog for ourselves or someone else. Unfortunately I’m going to have to push it back a week. I’m so busy planning our BlogTalkRadio 12 hour talkathon for Poverty with Blog Action Day, there’s just no time to adequately prepare for a radio show. I know many of you look forward to this as much as Jodee and I, so I hope you’re not too disappointed. I would like to take this time to [Read more…]

Greetings from BlogWorld

Even though the BlogWorld and New Media Expo official conference begins today, there was no shortage of learning and schmoozing yesterday. I met some of my blogging friends yesterday and renewed old acquaintances. It was good to hang out with David Peralty. We’re speaking together today and yesterday we got to know each other and share ideas. While hanging out in the lounge we met up with the always enthusiastic and very friendly John Chow. I don’t know if there’s anyone more excited to be here! The first person I bumped into when I registered was Shai Coggins who is [Read more…]

If you’re going to BlogWorldExpo, I do hope you’ll stop by and say hi. As you know, I’m a big fan of blogging conferences as it’s a good way to learn and bring bloggers together. My session, which also includes my friend David Peralty, is called: How to Be More Than a Blog: New Media Intergration. Here’s the description: In today’s busy blogosphere, it’s not enough to have a blog. Using images, video, radio, podcasts [Read more…]
