Several folks asked me to post their jobs this morning and I had to turn them away. There were several reasons for this. One was from an “Academic” company looking to sell term papers to students, and we don’t do that here. Others were for very low payers – some .01/word and less and one was for rev share only. We have a firm policy for posting a job ad here, and all that is done for a reason. This morning finds me filled with options and hopeful for the future. My job situation has changed and I’ll have a lot more time on my hands. By scrutinizing my accounts each month and doing comparison to previous months and quarters I can see where I need to step up my game. Do you use an editorial calendar? I have one, it helps me to stay on track – and I don’t know what I would do without it.
