Rejection is definitely part of a freelance writer’s life. No one gets hired for every gig they apply or submit a query for. Maybe it’s just as well, because there is no way that we could do all the work if everything came to us that easily. No one likes hearing the word “No” when they are looking for work, and freelance writers are no exception.
