Thank You, Dear Readers
On behalf of Jodee and myself I’d like to thank everyone who nominated Freelance Writing Jobs as one of Writer’s Digests 101 Best Writer’s Websites of 2007. This is the second year in a row for us and it feels damn good. After winning last year I thought I truly had it made. In fact, I didn’t even campaign for it this year. I didn’t ask for a single vote to be sent to the Writer’s Digest email address. You’re always so supportive of us and I’d like to let you know once again how much this means to me. I feel like dancing around the streets and calling everyone I know. (OK so I don’t get out much.)
Really this isn’t "my" win or even mine and Jodee’s. This is for the whole FWJ community. You come here every day, you participate in the discussions and you offer the most incredible unconditional love and support I’ve experienced from people who aren’t family members or pets. So congratulations FWJ community for being one of the 101 Best.
Since I didn’t yet see the magazine, I really can’t tell how we rate or what was said. I can tell you this, you’re number one in my eyes.
